Recipes Using Ceylon Black Tea

1. Classic Ceylon Milk Tea

• 1½ tsp loose leaf Ceylon Black Tea

• 1 cup hot water (90–95°C / 194–203°F), steep for 3–5 minutes

• 2 tbsp non-dairy creamer

• 1–2 tbsp sweetener or syrup

• Stir well and serve hot or over ice.

2. Ceylon Iced Tea

• 2 tsp Ceylon Black Tea

• 1 cup hot water, steep and chill

• Pour over ice with lemon slices

• Optional: Add honey or mint for extra flavor.
