For Machines and Containers:

  • Products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • If you exceed the 30-day window, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Products must be unused, sealed in the original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.


Food Products:

  • Perishable products are not returnable unless they are damaged or not as pictured online.

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.


Sale Items:

  • All sale items are final.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.


Proof of Purchase:

  • Please provide the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for returns.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If returning items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned items.


Refunds

Partial Refunds
