Recipes Using Assam Black Tea

1. Classic Assam Milk Tea

• 1½ tsp Assam Black Tea (loose leaf)

• 1 cup hot water (90–95°C / 194–203°F), steep for 3–5 minutes

• 2 tbsp non-dairy creamer

• 1–2 tbsp sweetener or syrup of choice

• Serve hot or chilled over ice.

2. Iced Assam Lemon Tea

• 2 tsp Assam Black Tea

• 1 cup water, steep and cool

• Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and 1 tbsp sugar or honey

• Serve over ice with lemon slices.
