Recipes Using Dark Roast Oolong Tea

1. Classic Oolong Milk Tea

• 1½ tsp Dark Roast Oolong Tea (loose leaf)

• 1 cup hot water (90–95°C / 194–203°F), steep for 4–6 minutes

• 2 tbsp non-dairy creamer

• 1–2 tbsp sweetener or brown sugar syrup

• Serve hot or pour over ice for an iced version.

2. Iced Roasted Oolong Tea

• 2 tsp Dark Roast Oolong Tea

• 1 cup water, steep and cool

• Pour over ice

• Optional: Add a slice of orange or lemon for brightness.
